A connectable bicycle is provided to connect the rear wheel of the single seated bicycle to the front fork of the other single seated bicycle so that the bicycle can change to high occupancy bicycle. A connectable bicycle comprises a rotary encoder connected to the axis of rotation of the brake lever(220) and outputting the pulse signal, an encoder cable(224) wire-connecting to the rotary encoder and a brake modulator(72), the brake modulator including a connecting cable(720) equipped with a floc(724) and a socket(722) to which the floc is connected, the motor which operates the brake through winding or rewinding a branch line(122).
