An electric control cable is provided to ensure the mechanical performance and the density which is similar to a conventional cable by using a little bit amount of copper. An electric control cable comprises a polymer core; and a twisted wire(20) which is surrounded the polymer core and consists of a conductive material, placed to the longitudinal direction of the cable(1). The polymer provides the elongation at break more than 7% and is selected from polymers having the final pulling strength of the cable is greater than the predetermined limit value.
