A livestock shed structure is provided to improve efficiency of a worker by installing a transport unit for separated excrement and urine to be automatically transferred. A livestock shed structure comprises: a livestock shed(10) equipped with an entrance; a plurality of excrements separating devices(20) consecutively installed right and left and back and forth; a plurality of collection open channels(30) transferring urine to a storage tank; a transfer device transferring excrements separating device to the storage tank; and the storage tub comprised of a storage tank and a precipitation tank. The excrements separating device comprises a lid part formed of a groove, a strainer, and a collection tank formed of an outlet.
