A bending machine built in an undergound for a large-sized steel plate is provided to efficiently use the upper space of the equipment by reducing installing area less than an vertical type bending machine. A bending machine built in an undergound for a large-sized steel plate comprises an installation space (2) which is formed in order to have the predetermined depth from the surface, a stopper(4) supporting the end tip of the large iron board which is perpendicularly inserted in the front bottom inside the installation space while the die (3) for bend is fixed to horizontally in the forward wall side of the installation space is installed, a sliding guides(5a,5b) supported by the guide supporter(5) both side wall of the installation space are fixed to each in horizontally. And it is mobile in horizontally, a flat type frame(7) which is formed in back-end while it becomes the bending punch(6) corresponding to the die for bend in front-end between sliding guides with combination installation having the interval when a plurality of cylinder installation grooves(7a) is fixed, is inserted and set up, a plurality of cylinder platforms is fixed to each in the respective location corresponding to the bottom surface of the installation space in a plurality of cylinder installation grooves of the flat type frame, and a plurality of hydraulic cylinders(9) which each is inserted and set up in the cylinder installation groove of the flat type frame of a plurality of cylinder platform top end portions and horizontally reciprocates the flat type frame.
