A spacer for concrete form is provided to reduce manufacturing cost and to secure keeping space. A spacer for concrete form comprises a spacer main body (1) made of metal plates, reinforcing auxiliary panels (2) (2a) having hole (2b) and a connection part (1a) (1b). The reinforcing auxiliary panels are close to one or two lateral surfaces of connection part. The connection part is electro-welded or riveted polymer.
