A device for emergency disengagement of double-clutch gearboxes is disclosed, comprising an emergency disengagement shaft (1) on which selector elements (2) are rotationally fixed, wherein the selector elements (2) have an opening which, in a given position covers the entire selector travel (3) of a selector fork or slider fork (5) in the gearbox and wherein, on operation of the emergency disengagement shaft (1), the selector forks or sliding forks (5) in the gearbox provided for and operated by the selector elements (2) are pressed through half the selector travel into neutral.
