A fertilizer manufacturing device in which a fermenting device of organic waste was equipped is provided to improve a fertilizer manufacturing speed and increase a productivity of the fertilizer and to control accurately a fermentation temperature of the fermenting device. A fertilizer manufacturing device includes a fermenting device of organic waste. The fermenting device of the organic waste includes heat pipes to plurality. The fermenting device includes a fermentor(620), a rotation axis(621), a mixer and mixing wings(623). The rotation axis is equipped across a center of an inside of a fermentor. The mixer is equipped to the radial. The mixing wings are installed in the end of mixer. The heater is in the lower fermentor. The mixer equipped to the radial is prepared along the rotation axis, and weaves by hands in the rotation axis. In the mixer, the heat pipe is built in radially and heat of the heater is smoothly delivered after the heat of heater is transmitted in the rotation axis direction.
