A crampon is provided to prevent the crampon from clashing with the ground by making it folded and spread. A crampon comprises: a base plate(10) having superior elasticity and worn on the footwear; an axis element(20) installed at the bottom surface center of the base plate in the cross direction; and a spike(30) pivotally installed depending on the axis element. The spike is folded and spread on the axis of the axis element. The fixed string adheres closely to the upper side of the base plate along the curved surface of the footwear. An adjusting string controls the length of fixed string(14) according to the size of the footwear. |
