The sound proof wall is provided to be lightweight, to protect the passengers at a collision and reduce manufacturing cost. The sound proof wall constructing method comprises following steps: soundproofing block build-up step (S1') for setting up the base plate ; base plate fixing step (S2'); post assembly step (S3') which the flange I-shaped bar or H-shaped bar combine with flange plate; soundproof wall post build-up step (S4'); soundproof wall build-up step which a soundproof panel is inserted between the post installed at the base plate and a near post; and soundproof wall finishing step which connecting wire joins with the soundproof panel.
