A shift device (11, 40) having a servo-assistance device (10) for a transmission (30) of a vehicle comprises means for selecting and for shifting a gear stage of the transmission (30), and a control rod (20), on which a manual shift force which is to be assisted acts, of the servo-assistance device (10). Provided in the shift device (11, 40) are means (80, 82, 84, 86, 88) in order to vary or to limit the manual shift force which acts on the servo-assistance device (10) before its introduction into the servo-assistance device (10). |
