摘要 <p>The plant for the production of biogas by anaerobically wet-fermenting a substrate containing biomass in a one-step flow process, comprises a fermenter container (1) with a stirring mechanism (19, 20), and a metering device for liquid and solid substrate components. The fermenter container is made up of two parallel, elongate longitudinal ducts (10, 11) that are penetrated in opposite directions. The adjacent ends of the longitudinal ducts are interconnected by duct deflecting bends (13, 14) such that a continuous duct structure is formed as a long fermenter. The plant for the production of biogas by anaerobically wet-fermenting a substrate containing biomass in a one-step flow process, comprises a fermenter container (1) with a stirring mechanism (19, 20), and a metering device for liquid and solid substrate components. The fermenter container is made up of two parallel, elongate longitudinal ducts (10, 11) that are penetrated in opposite directions. The adjacent ends of the longitudinal ducts are interconnected by duct deflecting bends (13, 14) such that a continuous duct structure that goes around in an annular elongate manner is formed as a long fermenter. The fermenter container is implemented as a strung-out fermenter tube with tub curvature. The longitudinal ducts are formed in both sides of a middle wall vertically passing in the longitudinal middle of the wall. The middle wall has a shorter length in comparison with the interior length of the fermenter tube in such a way that the longitudinal end of the middle wall lies in a middle wall longitudinal distance from the inner side of the tub curvature viewed in the longitudinal direction. The middle wall longitudinal distance is larger or similar to the transversal extension of the longitudinal ducts, which have a base wall, and external vertical and parallel longitudinal side walls (2, 3) and/or a joint middle wall so that a rectangular canal cross-section is formed. The duct deflecting bends are formed through the base wall and semicircular, bent and external vertical arc wall. The longitudinal extent of the longitudinal ducts is 2.5 times larger in comparison with its transversal extension. The walls of the fermenter container are produced from concrete, steel and/or plastic and if necessary packetized prefabricated element. The exterior walls of the longitudinal ducts have external supporting component in transverse direction or opposite exterior walls leads together in a double function load-bearing as accessible strapping path and technical element. The longitudinal ducts are covered by a saddle-shaped foil roof and the semicircular duct deflecting bends are covered by a concrete surface. Inspection shafts and/or inspection window are formed in the areas of concrete surface and foil roof. An immersion mixer is arranged in the longitudinal ducts and/or if necessary in the duct deflecting bends and has an electrically or hydraulically driven motor. By the immersion mixer, the substrate in the fermenter container is displaceable in a movement rotatable in the continuous duct structure. The immersion mixer is arranged by an inspection layer in the fermenter container or on the strapping path in highly adjustable manner. Two ferment containers and/or a final storage container are arranged with same construction longitudinally parallel to each other and if necessary longitudinally parallel to a silo wall. The fermenter container and/or the final storage container has a slight longitudinal extension in which a technical structure is arranged through free area for pumping and/or controlling and for a combined heating and power station or a gas storage area.</p>
