<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To omit time and labor required for determining a departure time from a departure location when seeing off or welcoming others and to notify people who see off or welcome others of an appropriate departure time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An information center 1 is provided with a timetable information acquisition means for acquiring timetable information of a public transportation system 7 from the inside or outside of the information center. On the basis of the setting of a service name of the public transportation system from user terminals 3 and 4, the information center 1 automatically sets the arrival location of the public transportation system and the arrival time at the arrival location of the public transportation system, and the user terminals 3 and 4 are notified of the set departure time. Therefore, since the user terminals are notified of the arrival time at the arrival location of the public transportation system from the information center only by setting the service name from the terminals, it is possible to omit time and labor required for determining the departure time.
