A compression spring (28) operates against displacement of an axially and rotatably displaceable inertia body (26). The inertia body is included in a timing member (24) that releases an activation device (22) for evaluating duration of mechanical impulse acting on the activatable battery (10). The activation device is set on upper battery portion (30) and ruptures an ampoule (12). The ampoule is filled with an electrolyte (20), and fixed in a lower battery portion (32).
