<p>An organic light emitting display and a driving method thereof are provided to correct brightness change due to deterioration and temperature variation of an organic light emitting diode in real time by correcting a power voltage value. An organic electroluminescence panel includes a plurality of pixel circuits. A power supply(120) is electrically connected to the organic electroluminescence panel. A voltage detector(130) is electrically connected to the organic electroluminescence panel and detects the voltage from the power supply. A controller(140) is electrically connected to the voltage detector and controls the power supply. The controller controls to reduce the voltage value of the power supply if the voltage value measured by the voltage detector is larger than the voltage value calculated by the controller and controls to increase the voltage value if the voltage value measured by the voltage detector is smaller than the voltage value calculated by the controller.</p> |
