An inorganic polymer composite panel composition is provided to be used for a fireproof board of the fireproof barrier of buildings with a superior fire-resistant and finishing properties, and the panel by improving fire-resistant without addition of the flame retardant and Flame retardant treatments. An inorganic polymer composite panel composition comprises an aluminate silicate in which the content of a silicic acid and an alumina is weight% of 30~90%, a 25~75% of the silicic acid alkali metal aqueous solution, a 20~50% of the fibrous material, a 4.8~30% of the bubble generator and a 0.1~5.0 of the functional additive, and has a 0.1~5.0% of inorganic polymer structure. A manufacturing method of the inorganic polymer composite panel composition is manufactured by mixing the inorganic polymer binder and fibrous material, and molding the pressing molding, the heating pressure molding and the incremental launching method into the panel.
