A method for detecting impurities in liquid or powder food or product by an X-ray machine is provided to lower the detecting limit of impurities by using low density material for inspecting minute impurities. A pipe input or output in/from an X-ray impurity detecting device is shaped like metallic cylinder or polygon. A pipe where the impurities are detected by projecting X-ray is shaped like rectangle, polygon, and semi-cylinder including at least one surface with an angle of 45 to 90 ° corresponding to the center axis of X-ray beam.
