An apparatus for warming a pipeline of a ship is provided to extend life span of the pipeline of the ship by preventing the pipeline from being broken in the winter season. An apparatus for warming a pipeline(10) of a ship comprises a circulation unit(20), an inlet pipe(30) and an outlet pipe(40). The circulation unit surrounds the pipeline in such a manner that a predetermined space is formed at an outer portion of the pipeline. A part of water flowing through the pipeline is introduced into the circulation unit through the inlet pipe. Water flowing through the pipeline is discharged to a drain pipe through the outlet pipe. A high-pressure pump(50) is installed at a middle portion of the inlet pipe.
