A display is provided to omit an inter-layer insulating layer, thereby preventing deterioration of display quality of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) caused by light having multi reflection generated in the inter-layer insulating layer. In a first substrate(50a), a pixel area is defined. A second substrat(100) faces the firs substrate. A gate line and a data line are formed on the first substrate, and define the pixel area by crossing each other. A pixel electrode is formed in the pixel area on the first substrate. A first insulating layer(60a) is disposed between the gate line and the data line, and insulates the gate and data lines from each other. In the first insulating layer, a part or the whole of a portion corresponding to the pixel area is opened. |
