The invention relates to remotely accessible games in telecommunications gaming systems. The inventive method for gaming in telecommunications gaming systems consists in providing a client with information about a game task, in paying by the client participation in the game, in selecting and sending by the client at least one game variant, in determining at least one winning variant and in paying prizes. The winning game variant is determined by means of a predetermined serial number of successively receiving correct game variants, the selection of a game variant by a client and the payment are carried out by sending SMS-messages, the game center transmits information about the game results to a client and payment stations and stores information about the made games. A gaming system for carrying out said method is also disclosed.
