Device comprises spherical casing, inlet and outlet branch pipes and inner elements defining exhaust gas route representing radial partitions terminating in casing axis and its edges. Note that the partitions except for one of them are furnished with holes. Inlet and outlet branch pipes are arranged on the opposite sides from blind partition. Silencer can have 4 to 5 partitions. Number of holes in successive along gas flow partitions, their diameters, radial and angular coordinates feature different values.
