CONVEYER WITH SUSPENDED BELT OF DEEP FLUTING

FIELD: transportation. ^ SUBSTANCE: conveyer contains columns, belt indefinitely closed on barrels with fixed on its sides sliding pieces located with equal spacing lengthwise its contour with ability of interaction with runners fixed on columns. Each runner is implemented as set of located in alignment rounded in cross-section magnets which are fixed on bottom flange of I-section carrier at both sides of carrier vertical sidewall which is oriented by longitudinal axis of carrier. Between runners and bottom flange of carrier there are located side irons made of nonmagnetic material. Each sliding piece is implemented as L-shaped in cross section clamp bottom of which is affixed to belt side and on top it is affixed magnet with covering ability on top runner with annular gap. Each magnet on clamp is fixed by the instrumentality of side irons made of nonmagnetic material. ^ EFFECT: reliability improvement of conveyer running and substantial decreasing of energy content of cargoes conveying. ^ 1 dwg
