FIELD: household goods and personal effects. ^ SUBSTANCE: according to invention, footwear includes toe piece, vamp, counter, lining, shaping elements such as counter and toe cap, interlining represented as multi-layer heat-insulating package. It consists of heat-insulating layer and metal-coated layer with mirror-reflecting surface. Interlining is fixed to shoe toe forming air gap and contains two heat-insulating layers. Single-sided metal-coated layer with mirror-reflecting surface is between the said two heat-insulating layers.
