FIELD: medicine; surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: needles with in-between thread are used. Thus initially they are sticking perpendicular to incision length through all thickness of sutured edges and liver wound floor. Prick out is made from the opposite side. Further both threaded needles are sticking in previous prick out points although at the angle 45° using figure-of-eight thread crossing of wound floor thickness. Prick out of both needles is made on distance from stick points. Then threads are nodal crisscrossed over wound and pulled to complete approach of opposite edges. ^ EFFECT: reduced time of operation; improved technique of liver suture and reduced possibility of consequences. ^ 1 dwg, 1 ex
