INSTALLATION FOR FRACTIONATION OF MANURE

FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: installation for fractionation of manure contains an inclined filtering surface fixed on the frame with a pallet placed under it for collecting of liquid fraction and feed table established over it, covering filtering surface and drive mechanism connected with the infinite take-off assembly with elastic punched scrapers fixed on it and punched squeezing elements pivotally established on the frame. The punched squeezing elements are executed in the form of spring-actuated against the frame double-arm lever; one of its arms is located with possibility of interaction with filtering surface and with the scraper, and the other - with fixed stops mounted on the frame by means of L-shaped support brackets. Booster cranking mechanism in the form of spring-actuated telescopic rod and press piston having possibility of reciprocating movement in the booster chamber are installed on the exit of inclined filtering surface. ^ EFFECT: device allows to obtain solid fraction of manure with less moisture and to reduce content of solid inclusions in liquid fraction. ^ 4 cl, 3 dwg
