A mirror for preventing steaming up is provided to prevent the mirror from steaming up since a temperature of the mirror around a heat radiation plate increases to be more than a dew-point temperature by heat radiation of a peltier element attached to the back of the mirror. A mirror for preventing steaming up includes: a heat radiating plate(10) for receiving and radiating heat; a peltier element(20) of which one side for radiating heat is attached to one side of the heat radiating plate, and the other side for absorbing heat comes into contact with a wall; a mirror(30) in which the temperature of a part that is attached to the heat radiating part increases by heat radiated from the heat radiating plate by being attached to the other side of the heat radiating plate; and a switch(60) connected to the peltier element and equipped with a timer. The mirror is prevented from steaming up by making so that a temperature of the mirror is more than a dew-point temperature by a high heat of the peltier element.
