FIELD: food products manufacturing technique. ^ SUBSTANCE: horseradish and cucumbers are cut, blanched and minced. Prepared bunching onion and parsley are frozen and minced. Spinage and sorrel are frozen and chopped. Prepared fish fillet is minced. Kvass is boiled till foaming stops. The above components are mixed with sugar, table salt, calcium ascorbate and CO2 extracts of specified micromitset biomass and black pepper.
