<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an animation transmission apparatus in which trouble of playback video and sound such as video freeze or sound interruption does not occur during viewing by a user. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus includes: a scene data extraction section for extracting scene data pieces for a motion picture data piece; a scene data storage section for storing the scene data pieces; a load detection section for detecting the load of a network; a priority determination section for determining a transmission priority of the scene data pieces; and a transmission section for transmitting the scene data pieces via the network in accordance with the load of the network and the transmission priority. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
