PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method of a resin molded product capable of suppressing the obstruction of the expansion of a blow molded object, and a molding apparatus of the resin molded product. SOLUTION: After a foamable resin is injected in the hollow blow molded object formed by blow-molding a parison 20, the core part 13 of a mold 10 is moved so as to magnify the volume of the cavity 16 of the mold and the foaming of the foamable resin is accelerated to expand the blow molded object. In this molding method of the resin molded product, the parison is formed so that the part stretched accompanying the expansion of the blow molded object when the blow molded object is expanded by moving the core part is made of a resin having a stretchability higher than that of the other part of the blow molded object.
