PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of a curl effectively in a laminated film. SOLUTION: The heat laminating method of manufacturing a laminated sheet 10 comprises heating a cover film 7 having a heat-sensitive adhesive agent 8 with a heat roll 2 and laminating the cover film 7 on a base material 9 via the heat-sensitive adhesive agent 8, and is characterized in that the surface temperature of the heat roll 2 in the lengthwise direction is controlled to be constant by heating the heat roll 2 with a roll heating device 6 while heat-insulating the heat roll 2 from a support device, and the surface of the heat roll 2 is heated to at least an activation temperature of the heat-sensitive adhesive agent 8 to prevent generation of the curl of the laminate sheet 10.
