A composition for forming electrodes and a plasma display panel manufactured by using the same are provided to lower outer beam reflection luminance using a colored glass layer by coloring a glass layer. A plasma display panel includes first and second substrates(10,20), a barrier rib(16), phosphor layers(19), address electrodes(12), first and second electrodes(23,26), a dielectric layer(14), and a protecting layer(29). The first and second substrates are disposed opposite to each other. The barrier rib defines plural discharge cells in a space formed between the first and second substrates. The phosphor layers are formed in the respective discharge cells. The address electrodes are extended along a first direction corresponding to the discharge cells on the first substrate. The first and second electrodes are extended along a second direction across the first direction corresponding to the discharge cells on the second substrate. The dielectric layer covers the first and second electrodes on the second substrate. The protecting layer covers the dielectric layer. The first and second electrodes include bus electrodes(21,24) having metal material powder, frit including B2O3 and BaO, and colorant.
