PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of an antistatic film, whereby an antistatic film which is excellent in conductivity and film strength and contains no foreign matters can be produced. SOLUTION: The production method of the antistatic film 1 comprises: a step of forming an antistatic layer 10 which comprises a triacetyl cellulose film containing a conductive polymer with aπ-conjugated system and a solubilized polymer by applying and drying a coating solution for forming the antistatic layer on the surface of the triacetyl cellulose film, provided that the coating solution for forming the antistatic layer contains the conductive polymer with aπ-conjugated system, the solubilized polymer and a solvent capable of dissolving triacetyl cellulose; and a step of forming a coating layer 20 by applying a coating solution for forming the coating layer on the surface of the antistatic layer 10, provided that the coating solution for forming the coating layer contains a resin component.
