PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize efficient ebullient cooling, by effectively reducing noise and vibration caused by bubble atomization ebullient cooling. SOLUTION: The bubble atomization ebullient cooling is performed by passing a sub-cooled cooling liquid into a flow channel structure having a structure of forming a surface of a cooling object 10 as a surface to be cooled 10A, and the surface to be cooled 10A as a pipe wall, having a tubular flow channel 16 for passing the sub-cooled cooling liquid and projecting small-diameter rigid needle groups N1, N2, to Ni, etc., in the flow channel 16 from the pipe wall of the tubule flow channel.
