<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunable filter which is capable of efficiently varying a coupling capacitance between resonators with a simple structure and is suitable for integration. <P>SOLUTION: In the tunable filter 10, by arranging the two or more resonators 12a and 12b and a variable capacitance coupling part A formed on the same substrate as the resonators 12a and 12b provided between the resonators 12a and 12b adjacent to each other and impressing DC bias to the variable capacitance coupling part A, the capacitance is changed, coupling between the resonators 12a and 12b is changed, and the band frequency of the tunable filter 10 is controlled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
