PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce temperature dependency of output of a band gap reference circuit, in a reference voltage generating circuit having the band gap reference circuit. SOLUTION: A first resistor R1, a second resistor R2 and a third resistor R3 are controlled to have temperature dependency of a resistance value of a temperature inclination smaller than temperature dependency of voltageΔVbe applied on both ends of the first resistor R1, that is, temperature dependency of a resistance value such as temperature dependency of a load current I2 flowing in the first resistor R1 has a positive temperature inclination. Thus, linearity of the temperature dependency of forward direction voltages Vbel and Vbe2 of transistors Q1 and Q2 is improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
