<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based pigment inkjet ink having preferable ejection response, ejection stability and storage property without generation of clogging derived from ink drying at the top end of an inkjet nozzle even in the case of being left without a nozzle cap. <P>SOLUTION: The water-based pigment inkjet ink contains as its principal components a pigment, an anionic polymer dispersing agent, a glycerol, a penetration agent, a basic substance and water. The addition weight ratio (y) of the anionic polymer dispersing agent to the pigment is 0.2≤y≤0.5, and the addition weight ratio (z) of the glycerol to the pigment is 4≤z≤9. The ink has volatile properties satisfying the relationship of the weight ratio (x) of the residual moisture content to the residual glycerol of x≥0.15 in a residual liquid in an evaporation test under specific conditions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
