<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device, an image forming apparatus, an image processing method, an image processing program, and a recording medium capable of managing image data for preventing information leakage by adding information about image data to the image data to be outputted if image data whose output is inhibited are outputted. <P>SOLUTION: If an MFP1 receives image data from a client PC4 and the image data are attached with an output prohibiting attribute, such image formation is performed as information representing output prohibition and page ID which is information for specifying a page are added. The attached information is preferred to be texture printing, and a bar code and RFID embedding may be accepted.
