PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve packet distribution to a plurality of receiving terminals from a distribution source terminal while minimizing processing load on a receiving terminal side.

SOLUTION: A video distribution system 1 performs packet delivery of a vide content to a plurality of PCs 4 from a video distribution server 5. The video distribution server has a transfer destination address notifying part 15B for sequentially notifying every PC regarding an address of a transfer destination PC as a transfer destination address, to which a packet of the video content is supposed to be transferred among the plurality of PCs. The PC has a terminal side transfer destination address storage part 25 for storing the transfer destination address when the PC receives the transfer destination address from the transfer destination address notifying part 15B, and a transfer control part 26B for transferring the packet of the same video content based on the transfer destination address stored in the terminal side transfer destination address storage part when the PC receives the packet of the video content.
