PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce impedance so as make it easier to supply an arithmetic processing circuit such as a CPU, and a chip set with power source from a power supply circuit. SOLUTION: A circuit board module 10 is provided with: the arithmetic processing circuit 12 which performs arithmetic processing; the power supply circuit 14 which supplies the arithmetic processing circuit 12 with power source; and a mounting substrate 16 on which the arithmetic processing circuit 12 and the power supply circuit 14 are mounted and has an extending part which extends from the mounting position of the arithmetic processing circuit 12 in the opposite direction from the mounting position of the power supply circuit 14.
