PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indication panel capable of preventing a window frame member from falling out of the indication panel even if the indication panel itself has been elastically deformed due to the load of impacts and rigidly fixing the window frame member to the indication panel without having to exert a large dynamical load on the indication panel, excellent in strength, and having a satisfactory esthetic appearance and a sense of quality. SOLUTION: The indication panel provided with a substrate having a window frame opening part is provided with both a window frame member made of metal and arranged over the outer circumferential upper surface of the window frame opening part and a coating layer for coating the inner walls of the window frame opening part.
