PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein, when a residual amount of a reagent loaded on a reagent disk of a device falls to zero, operation by an operator such as reagent replacement or analysis start operation is required hitherto, and a time is required until resetting to the state capable of restarting analysis. SOLUTION: A state table (device state, reagent information) for storing the state of an analysis module changing during analysis is provided, to thereby enable recognition of a reagent whose residual amount falls to zero from reagent information, a device state of the analysis module or the like. It is determined whether analysis can be continued or not from the state table, and an instruction information table (analysis part operation information, user report information) for storing the determination results is provided, and in the analysis part operation information, "analysis start and finish are performed as usual", "a part (pretreatment, posttreatment) is omitted", "sampling is suspended" or the like are generated and stored. Further, information for displaying graphically a fact that reagent replacement is completed from reagent information updated by reagent replacement by the operator and a device state, is generated and stored.
