PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a fatigue characteristic of a hole working part without adding an excessive process. SOLUTION: Rough and intermediate working is applied on a metallic member in a cutting process, at least a surface layer of the metallic member is hardened in a heat treating process and extending work of the hole is applied on the hole part previously formed on the metallic member by pushing a pin tool on it while the pin tool rotates.
