Disclosed is an evenly colored coating member. Specifically disclosed is a coating member obtained by a step for forming a base coating film on a base member by applying a first coating liquid containing a resin and an active powder component onto at least a part of the base member and drying the applied first coating liquid thereon, and a step for applying a second coating liquid containing a solvent dissolving the resin and a coloring component onto the base coating film formed in the previous step and drying the applied second coating liquid thereon.
