A polymer nano particle containing a UV(ultraviolet) blocking material is provided to improve bio-affinity of polymer and dispersion of the UV blocking material, and prevent skin permeation of the UV blocking material by increasing the particle size of nano particle, so that the skin is protected from UV without side effects. A method for preparing a 10-500 nm of polymer nano particle containing a UV blocking material selected from titan dioxide(TiO2), zinc oxide, magnesium silicate, magnesium oxide and chaoline comprises the steps of: (a) adding 0.01-30%(w/v) of UV blocking material-dispersed solution into 0.001-5%(w/v) of polymer solution and mixing them; and (b) adding 0.001-3%(w/v) of cross-linking agent solution into the mixture solution, wherein the polymer is chitosan, gelatin, collagen, poly-L-lysine, poly-L-histidine, poly-L-arginine, hyaluronic acid, polygammaglutamic acid, alginate, carboxymethylcellulose, glycogen, amylase, dextran, polyacrylic acid, polymethacrylic acid, pulluran, beta-glucan, starch, hydroxyethylcellulose, carboxymethylcellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyvinylpyrrolidone copolymer, polyethylene glycol, polyvinylalcohol, polyvinylalkylether, polydimethylaminoethylmethacrylate, polylactic acid, polyglycolic acid, polylacticglycolic acid or polycarprolactone. A volume ratio of the polymer solution, the cross-linking agent solution and the UV blocking material is 2 to 10:1:0.01 to 1.
