PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink which can alter the amount of heat dissipation easily without requiring remanufacture of a die. SOLUTION: The heat sink 10 comprises a heat dissipation base 11 in which guide grooves 16 are formed, and coupling fins 13 of unit structure having protrusions 14 being contained in the guide grooves 16 at one edge and guide grooves 15 of similar shape as the guide grooves 16 at the other edge. The amount of heat dissipation of the heat sink can be altered easily without altering the die by altering the number of coupling stages of the coupling fins 13 and changing the length of heat dissipation fins 12.
