PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a noise canceling system of digital constitution practicable. SOLUTION: Provided are a second signal processing system which interpolates a signal of 64fs obtained by picking up an external sound by a microphone to 8fs and then generates a second audio signal for noise cancellation, and a first signal processing system which further interpolates the signal to 1fs and then generates a second audio signal for noise cancellation, and interpolates to 8fs and outputs the signal, and those audio signals for noise cancellation are put together and output from a driver. Then the second signal processing system performs cancellation of at least a high frequency band, and the first signal processing system performs cancellation of a lower frequency band.
