PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior wall structure and a roof structure of a lightweight shape steel sheet excellent in fireproof and fire-resistant performance. SOLUTION: In the exterior wall structure, an interior finishing material 3 is fixed to an indoor-side flange 1a of a stud 1 of a framework made of the lightweight shape steel sheet by a fastener 5a, and a face material 4 and a heat insulating material 7 are fixed to an outdoor-side flange 1b by fasteners 5a, 5b. Further, an exterior finishing material 9 is fixed to an outdoor-side face of the heat insulating material 7 via a ventilating furring strip 8. The face material 4 comprises a flat steel plate 4a at least one surface of which is plated, and a corrugated steel plate 4b at least one surface of which is plated. The flat steel plate 4a and the corrugated steel plate 4b are overlapped each other in such a manner that the plated faces face each other. A space with a low surface emissivity which is surrounded by the flat steel plate 4a and the corrugated steel plate 4b is formed between the heat insulating material and the framework.
