PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor in which a ground terminal attached on a brush holder can be positioned on a gear case as a grounding member and easily and surely assembled. SOLUTION: The motor is provided with a yoke 11, a plurality of brushes slidably contacting a commutator 18 of an armature shaft 17 rotatably held by the yoke, a brush holder 20 attached with a brush box for housing the brushes so that they appear and disappear, a terminal to be held in the brush holder to feed power to the brushes, the ground terminal 44 provided on the terminal, and the gear case coupled to an opening of the yoke. In the motor, a tip portion 44b of the ground terminal is bent and formed into a substantial U-shape, the substantially U-shaped tip portion is allowed to protrude from the bottom wall portion 22 of the brush holder to the circumferential direction of a cylinder portion of the gear case, and the substantially U-shaped tip portion of the ground terminal is fitted to contact a fitting groove 12e formed in the direction of the cylinder of the gear case.
