PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottom shock-absorbing material capable of being easily assembled at low costs without requiring a bonding operation. SOLUTION: The bottom shock-absorbing material 1 is constituted by inserting a tubular member 3 into the inside of a square cylindrical member 2. The cylindrical member 2 and tubular member 3 are made of a corrugated cardboard, and a stopper 5 formed by bending a notch 4 is provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical member 2. Further, the tubular member 3 is formed in a cross-sectioned inverted V-shape, and designated gaps X and Y are arranged between left and right ends of the tubular member 3 and an inner wall of the cylindrical member 2.
