PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror surface decorative sheet having mirror surface properties and interference fringe preventing properties and also having abrasion resistance, friction resistance, anti-staining properties and chemical resistance, and a decorative panel using the same. SOLUTION: The mirror surface decorative sheet is constituted by providing at least a surface protective layer, which is formed by crosslinking and curing an ionizing radiation curable resin composition, on a base material and the surface of the surface protective layer has an interference preventing shape.
