<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a donor/acceptor nano hybrid useful as a material of high efficiency photoelectric conversion system, and to provide its production method. <P>SOLUTION: The process for producing a donor/acceptor nano hybrid comprises step (A) for modifying a cut type nano carbon with aniline by making a donor/acceptor nanohybrid modifying cut-type nanocarbons with a light-capturing molecule and making a reduced cut type nanocarbon react on halogen substituted aniline, and step (B) for modifying a cut-type nanocarbon with a light-capturing molecule by making a cup-type nanocarbons modified with aniline react on the light-capturing molecule. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
